Living a healthier, fit lifestyle doesn't have to be complicated, but you do need a PLAN. My passion is to meet you exactly where you are and provide support, accountability, and solutions as we optimize lifestyle, establish a step-by-step action plan, and help you reach your goals.

About Me:

There is no better feeling in the world than helping someone acheive something they have only dreamt of being able to do. This could be anything from climbing the stairs without pain to having abs and being in the best shape of their lives. My passion is to design a program that meets each person exactly where they are, help them see and feel how strong they really are, and open them up to a whole new world of empowerent and possibilities.

I graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015 and have been a Certified Personal Trainer since then. In 2013 I found bodybuilding as another way of channeling my passion for the human body as its capacities as well as the mental compotent that is so crucial to grab hold of and strengthen. I have competed since then and won my Pro Card in the WNBF Figure division in 2015 and plan to get back on stage after the birth of our first child late last year. I know how hard it can be to work through pregnancy and find time for yourself, but taking care of and prioritizing YOU time into your weekly routine especially when you are taking care of other people is so important and is allows you to be the best you you can be for yourself AND your family.

I am excited to help you progress to your strongest, best self! As a trainer I will tailor your individualized program to your goals both short term and long term. So, whether you are looking to feel confident in those jeans again, challenge yourself with some kick butt workouts, feel amazing in a bikini, or step on stage as a fitness competitor, I will push you to discover new limits, energy and strength!
